Previous Developments

Elm Grove | Surrey

The property was developed as part of a former garden and was set within a modest plot of just 0.25 of an acre.

Situated within a Conservation Area, Elm Grove was developed in a traditional avenue adjacent to Edwardian and 1920’s style properties. As advised by the district Conservation Officer, it was designed to compliment the heritage setting, but remain distinctive in its own right.

The new house incorporated elements of local architecture and used traditional casement windows throughout. It was designed not to excessively overlook neighbouring properties, with only three dormer windows being placed on the 2nd floor and the use of a timber frame to construct the building keeping work on site to a minimum.
